At Ben Alexander, we do all we can to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, however we appreciate how personal a watch can be and sometimes may not be right for everyone. We offer a full 60 day money back guarantee with all our watches.

Within 60 days - You must return the product to Ben Alexander and follow the instructions below to complete the return.

Instructions

1. Please complete this online form HERE
2. Ship item(s) back to Ben Alexander Watches, 20 Gerrard Road, London, N1 8AY, United Kingdom.
3. Send receipt for cost of shipping.

Return Condition - The item(s) you return must be in the original packaging and unworn. If the item (s) is in anyway damaged the return will not be accepted. We will notify you by email once the return has been accepted.  If we determine that the requirements for a return have not been met, Ben Alexander will notify you that the return has been rejected and no refund or replacement will be issued to you. You can then choose one of the following options.

1. The product will be shipped back to you at a shipping cost to you of £10; or
2. The product will be recycled.

If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Ben Alexander informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.

We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for this process.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery of or risk of loss or damage to products once the product(s) is delivered to or picked up by the delivery service for shipment.
